It's again me. I do not understand that article at all actually. For me Bowl O' China is very much good! And sorry guys....if they would serve 100% Chinese food nobody would come over there as Indians have different kinde of taste (all those spices, masalas etc) Amaricans have good taste so it is easy for them to switch from one kind to another one. But it is not easy with Indians. You guys eat so much spicy food so that's why you cannot enjoy a true taste. However if you look for 100% good and original Chinese food try at the "Tung Kein" in Somajiguda (next to JUST BORN). Maybe restaurant doesn't look modern inside but the food is very much original. Affordable prices, but awful food. Some guy was actually served non-veg when he ordered a veg. dish. My American Chopseuy was way too sweet. The Veg. manchuria was kinda sour.
